Hi, I just want to say take it easy. wiki was born to allow spams.
wiki users can monitor changes, and delete any spams manually. If you are lazy, just ignore them, make house clearance along with next content update.

If some wikipages are critical to your wiki user, make them read-only. Provide an url to a correspondance discussion wikipage for each.

wish you have a good wiki time. :)

------
Yup. I realize that. It is just that this is a new wiki, and for many people it will be a brand new experience to them. I want it to be a good one

------
I am not lazy, but find it rude someone would repeatedly do this- I have cleaned some pages 3 times. This is bad manners.
I've made the front splash page for each read only... adding a discussion link is a good idea thanks
And a wiki time will be had!
Trackback from "Wiki does not mean "open""

Excerpt: I'm glad to see some are beginning to understand that they can have a useful wiki and avoid wiki spam. Rather than leaving the door open and complaining about the vermin that walk in, only open it for those you want to sit down and chat. I've been ...
